Alright.... Back. Again.

Check this previous thread for some insight to my problems: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2201493/2400-ddr3-fm1-mobo.html

Will be giving a brief synopsis below as well though.

Setup:
AMD A8 3870k FM1 @ factory clock
8 GB DDR3 1600 @ 1.65v
650w Thermaltake Gold rate power supply
MSI Radeon HD 6950 Twin Frozr III 2gb GPU
MSI A55M-P33 Motherboard (Pretty sure this is the culprit)

Long story short: Put the setup together, it ran fine for a week, installed the GPU (Which I know for a fact is running fine and with no issues as I've tested it in three different rigs I own with no issues) now It's getting BSOD stop codes and random crash and reboots. Also, on boot up I get a B4 bios hangup which no matter how hard I've tried to find information on I can't seem to find out what exactly that means.

I just bought the CPU and while the setup was running stable for the 3 or 4 days I had it all running without issue I did a burn in with Prime95 for about 7 hours with no errors and temps were stable and cool. The CPU Is BRAND new so I ruled that out.

Ran memtest86 9 times with all passes. Ruled out the ram.

I've tested the power supply and it's all running at where it should be as well.

So the major question now:

Do I buy a DIFFERENT motherboard and see if that resolves the issue? I've looked at:

and

OR

Do I buy a new chipset and motherboard and get something a little more up to date?

I figure the price of a decent AM3+ motherboard and one of the 6 core viscera chips is only like ~100-125$ difference?

I'm looking at a 50-100$ bump on the motherboard already.... maybe a new chipset would just be worth the extra cash?

What do you guys think. Thanks in advance!
