A few question before I get all my parts figured out. 1) Can an Asus m5A99fx evo 2.0 overclock a amd fx 8320? I want to overclock it up to a amd fx 8350 and i wanna know if my mobo can handle it.
2) Is a seasonic 620w S12II good enough for my overclocked 8320 AND a sapphire r9 270x vapor x overclocked to max? It should only take up 550w i've been told and i just want a psu that can handle it and have a good warranty (all under 70 dollars so this psu looks okay?)

3.what cpu cooler would you recommend for my situation? It needs to fit in a cougar solution case and my budget for it about 20 dollars (obviously needs to work with am3+)

4.What is a good networking card? a wifi card for my mobo? I need one fast and under 35 dollars. Thank!
Please and thank you to all!

The 620 watt Seasonic will do well with your setup.

Here is a good network card that connects via USB.

You can get combo cards with wifi and bluetooth that connect via PCI Express, but will have about half the connection speed as the USB option I listed above.

This is a decent cooler in your budget.

But I would suggest spending the extra money and get the 212 EVO.
