Mobo spec - http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty%20990FX%20Killer/?cat=Specifications
says to use ASRock UEFI System Browser. Have you installed it from the disk that came with the motherboard (or from the website)?
The CCC test OCs the GPU, but not the CPU. For OCing the CPU, use AMD's Overdrive. But I recommend you use the UEFI.

Make sure you've got a good cooler - not just the stock one that comes with the cpu. At least you've got a good motherboard for it.
