I am planning to buy this budget Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 motherboard. After reading about memory I found that DDR3L is better than DDR3 in terms of heat and durability. So, after looking for a DDR3L RAM I found this:

G.skill RipjawsX 8GB 2x4gb DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.35v Dual Channel Kit.

The GA-B85-HD3 page on Gigabyte says it supports 1.5v. So, my question here. Does this mobo support 1.35v or is it going to cause problems? Also, if I buy this kit and decide to upgrade in the future. Will I be able to use 1.5v 8GB chip for an upgrade or must I find a 1.35v chips? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I could not find the memory I am looking for on the Mobo list which is F3-12800CL9D-8GBXM. The gskill website is down. I did not get a definite answer to adding more RAM in the future with higher voltage.

Edit: The Gskill link is working now. Thanks.
