That CPU isn't going to do you any favors. I'm pretty sure it will bottleneck a single 7770.Sorry to inform but that CPU is over 6 years old.
A q9550 would be an improvement but still not going to see any use from xfire.
So what system you recommend for me but second choice to buy dell xps 630i. What's your suggestions.

Well, you haven't told me your budget and judging by choice of old Dell PC's i assumed that you might be using a decommissioned dell supplier.
Try to avoid anything with Core 2 as it is past it's glory days.
Considering that you want to play BF3, you need something with at least i3 or i5.
Try to find an Optiplex 790, 3010, 7010, 9010.
You can fit a standard PSU in most Dell towers and then upgrade GPU.

Sir I live in pakistan and my english is not so good if i go for HIS HD 6790 single or HD 6770 crossfire can dell t3400 PSU 525W handle it. But as you mentioned above dell optiplex family these system are very expensive in Pakistan and these systems are out of my budget. Ok i want to tell you, i am not high end gamer, i like mid range games like car racing games GTA 4, NFS editions NFS most wanted 2012 etc. Please give some solution to make decent dell t3400.
Thanks.

I'm sorry but there isn't a solution for this. You just can't buy a gaming PC with no money.
Maybe a console would be a better option for you?
I think you little bit angry with me but i have already bought t3400 and i have no more money to buy optiplex 790 i am a student and student is always poor
If i replace e8400 with q9650 then what you say about? I can't buy another pc, i want to make better t3400. Please Give me advice what graphic card which i put in t3400. Graphic card series should be between in Radeon 6600 or 6700. I little bit help to you, just visit youtube and write in the search bar "QX9650 inside, crossfire and crysis 2" Besides it just click below on the link "file:///G:/Dell%20Precision%20and%20Optiplex/Selected%20By%20Ehsan%20Elahi/New%20folder/DELL%20Precision%20T3400%20with%20a%20Core%202%20Extreme%20QX9650%20%20%20Retro-PC-Mania%20-%20Technology%20Stories%20of%20Life,%20the%20Universe%20and%20Everything%20ostanaloO.htm" -

I wouldn't bother with fire in that PC. Get a 7770 or 7790.
Those cards should be bout on the level of what your CPU can handle.
They are also more efficient than 6xxx Radeon and won't blow up your PSU.
Its ok i go for Hd 7770 and lot of thanks especially to you and whole community for giving me precious suggestion about particular issue.
