I found this part list combo on Newegg, and I was wondering if it does or does not come with the special needs like USB ports, HDMI port, disk drive, and things of that nature. If it doesn't come with a disk drive, Would a blu-ray drive possibly fit in with this?

Solution
Ok, ok

Ports - do a search for the spec of the motherboard you are interested in - you should find the manufacturers page, which will typically list in detail, all the ports on the motherboard - these will be the ones on the back of the PC when built.

In addition there will be ports 'exposed on motherboard' - these are so you can connect the ports from the front of your PC case, eg USB ports.

Then there's your graphics card - if you go with a discrete (ie separate) graphics card, such as a Radeon R9, this will provide the ports (eg HDMI) that you connect your monitor to. These ports may be duplicated on your motherboard (depending on the motherboard) so that you can use the on-CPU graphics if you don't get a discrete graphcis...

Aww. is there a better build I could get for the money? and also my previously stated question, Would it come by default with the special drivers like usb ports, hdmi port and disk drive? I've posted this a few times and haven't gotten a straight answer...

You're not getting a straight answer because you're asking a stupid question.

There will be ports on the motherboard, ports on your graphics card, and typically port on whatever case you use that you would connect to the motherboard - do your research as to what will be where, and whether your needs will be met. As for 'disk drive', do you mean hard disks or optical drives?

Not a stupid question, I would call it poorly stated, or weakly described maybe. The reason I am asking, is because another website I had visited had me pick what ports I wanted. And by disk drive I meant optical drive. I'm quite new to building computers and I'ts just a little hard to understand when different websites have different layouts and more specific options.

Does that all help / make sense?

An easy way to spec a new system, if you haven't done this already, is to use pcpartpicker.com - it will help you buy your parts for the minimum cash, and also flag incompatibilities between components
