Did you clone from or to the D drive? If to, your data may have been overwritten. You can try to use a recovery program like Recuva to try to get the old files back, but if new data was written to the drive you may end up with just the file names and no actual files to recover.
If you cloned FROM the D drive, you can try to run TestDisk to get the partition information back.
