Here is my build
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/bnkRgs

With the build should i go for the geforce gtx 760 which i picked or should i go for the geforce gtx 770 or should i just jump to a geforce gtx 780.
Also with the three the 760, 770 and the 780, what differences would there be between the three of them or would there be not much at all ?

The 760 and 770 have a comparable performance for money ratio. The 780 is less performance for money ratio (though obviously more performance). The 760 is a solid card and will give 1080p 60fps at high settings in many modern titles. The 770 should last a bit longer however as games invariably become more GPU hungry. Personally I would choose the 770 but if you're on a budget then the 760 is still a wise choice. I struggle to recommend the 780 due to the value for money issue.

first, Do not forget AMD GPU which are, for their actual price, better than most Nvidia card when speaking of performance/$. Then, do not buy a 780 unless doing some 4K gaming because every game will already play too well and yo won't see any differences.

Unless going for a 780 TI or a R9 290X, any I7 is an overkill. BUT, i yo are planning on doing other things like video editing or CAD working or any other cpu based work other than gaming, you can keep this CPU.

Theirs a big gap between the 760 and 780 roughly around 30%. The 770 closes the gap on the 780 to bring it to roughly a 14% difference. I think the gtx 770 or R9 280X offers a better price to performance ratio

I would personally go with an R9 290(non reference) which is basically a cheaper gtx 780
