Computer Crashes and makes 3 beeps.

Hi from last 2 days my computer just crashes during usage and try to restart but nothing appears,when i hit the On/Off button it makes 3 beeps "teet...teet...teet.." for about 3 times and stops beeping.I checked my bios Hardware Monitoring and the temperature was 41C and within a minute it rose to 42C and computer again crashes..
My system specs are:
Mobo: Intel DG41RQ
Processor:Intel Dual Core E2140 1.6GHz with intel cooling fan.
Power supply: Macron 400W
I donot understand what to do...:( i cleaned it up but nothing works and i can't even install a Windows because it just crashes during the Windows Installation.
PLz help.

I have got Intel Express Chipset G41 Graphics.......no Graphics card installed.
And sorry i cannot understand you what you are trying to say...:(
Currently i m cleaning my CPU fan and CPU it is full of dirt :/

Okay....thanks for your support...
And one more thing can it be the RAM problem? because i think i am facing Continuous Beeps....and it is noted the Ram problem in the link u have given me.
