Hi guys,
I am in the process of ordering all my computer parts and I will be using a R9 290 Sapphire tri-x OC for the graphics card and an intel i5 4670K for the CPU
PCPartPicker link: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/vcybCJ
I would really like to get the best reliable power supply for 600W but under or around £60
Please help out :)

one of the absolute best units out there for the price http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650x...

btw, have you already bought the parts for that build or are in the process? the build could do with some tiny adjustments

Yeah im in the process of buying the parts. I have already bought the graphics card and the motherboard but the case on the build is meant to be a corsair spec-03 white led ATX
What kind of tweaks were you thinking about?

corsair spec-03 white led ATX nice choice i like it because of the design, cable management and mainly because of the low price tag...

:)  thank you very much, this build is really hard one as I have little money as I am a student so I am doing all the work I can to gain enough money.
Do you have any opinions on my build? apart from the power supply

P.S the PC will be attached to a JVC 4K projector in the home cinema in the basement

okay here is your build with slight changes...for a mere £3 more, something much better
what i changed and why:
1)newer devil's canyon cpu (much better oc potential)
2) newer Z97 board, very good for the price, better audio, better oc capabilities etc...plus who wants to stick with the old stuff?
3)faster ram
4)a hybrid instead of a hdd+ssd, reason being ssd's are only 0.9 seconds faster in boot/ loading times than hybrids when using windows 8/8.1 the hybrid even beats WD's performance caviar blacks http://hdd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/WD-Black-1TB-2010-...
5)a 290x instead of a 290, so better frames and better oc, if you want you can get the msi twin frozr version but that would be extra £20-ish, the sapphire is also a very good card http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/03/11/sa... and since you mention 4k display, this card with 4gb vram is pretty much what you're looking for
6)better case, amazing cooling and modular HDD cages at this price point http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cases/2013/05/10/fract...
7)the psu i recommended earlier, dont worry about the bronze certification, it is one of the best units out there

Hey man, you've been great help :)  unfortunately I cannot change the motherboard or the graphics card because I already have them and really cant be fussed to return them sorry. But with my board will I still be able to get a devils canyon cpu? bearing mind I might not need it as the only thing I will be doing is using this computer to play games with a controller down in the home cinema. Because of the fact I am not doing anything intensive and I will not really care about having the best of the best stuff I think I will stick with my ram because its low profile and looks nice and has good reviews and I don't honestly think I need anymore than 1600 MHz. I have changed my PSU to the one you recommended and I really appreciate you telling me about that one :)  I have also changed the HDD and SSD just to the hybrid drive you recommended. You have been really good help :)  any feedback will be gratefully appreciated.
Cheers mate :)

some Z87 motherboards do support the newer devil's canyon cpu, however your motherboard is not one of them, so no you can not go for the i5 4690k, also have you already bought the ram? i understand your point about looks (they're definitely important) but if you can get better performance for the same money then why not? plus it gives you something to show off about :p  this ram looks very very similar to the one you like http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32133c9d... it is a bit more expensive though. You can stick with the ram you like, you likely wont notice much of a difference but some games do use higher speeds to their advantage

Yeah so I guess i'll be sticking to the same CPU :)  mate I will definitely consider getting that ram model and it looks low profile which is exactly what I need. It also looks to be a great price point :D  I haven't bought the ram yet so I have like a month to decide which one :)
You've been great help man :)  I really appreciate it as I am new to building PC's
Thanks
