I been researching a lot in this rig which is a budget one... I have a Samsung SyncMaster B1930 monitor which supports only vga cable... the monitor haves a 1366x768 native resolution and i will be playing Bf4, Dayz standalone, Arma III..

Evga gtx 750ti SC
Amd FX 6300 3.5ghz
8gb ram 1600mhz
XFX 550w psu

Thanks in advance

Turn on vsync - no screen tear. You gfx will need to be able to support the refresh rate of the monitor though.

^^^ This. The GTX 750 Ti is priced way beyond its performance and its a poor choice if you've got a power supply decent enough for something better.

You will get tearing any time the game's framerate is greater than your monitor's refresh rate. Turn on Vsync and you should never tear. Its not really a question of whether this hardware will experience tearing.
