I'm building a PC and I need to know if I can use the ARCTIC Accelero L2 Plus VGA Cooler along with the Cooler Master GTX V8.

VGA is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked ACX Cooler 2048MB GDDR5
The motherboard is a gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 with the i7 4790k.
The case is a Cooler Master Haf 912.
Ram is 44mm in height and two sticks for now.

Solution
You CAN use those coolers, but you don't need to. Processors come with stock coolers, that are good for non-OC usage. If you are going to overclock your CPU, then you need an aftermarket cooler, like the CM V8.

Graphic cards don't need aftermarket coolers unless they run REAL hot. The cooler that comes with the GPU is very good, and you don't have to waste money changing it.
