I believe that when i've been going through all my files i've deleted some that i perhaps shouldn't have or changed/moved something....
When i go into cmd in windows 7, no matter what command i try i just get '<command> is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable programme or batch file.'
Any one know how to fix this? Please help
