Is this good MOBO for this PC? If not, please find me better MOBO for almost same amount of money since I am on my budget limit. I plan to overclock but not immediately after I buy this PC.

What country are you in? If you are in the US, I would get a 4790k instead of the 4770k. The 4770k tends to run a bit hot and you will get better performance out of a 4790k for not much more money.

Also, get the upgraded Z97 version of your motherboard. It is actually cheaper on Newegg at the moment.

Z87 is still great but if you are making a new build, you had might as well go with the latest chipset for the same price if not cheaper. Z97 will allow your to use Sata Express which will net you much greater hard drive performance.

Everything else looks good for your build. Are you getting at least 1600 memory?

The 4770k is still a great CPU and will do everything that you need it to. However, as I said, if you can get the 4970k for not much more then go for it, otherwise not a big deal. Good luck on your build!

Well as I said earlier, if the cost is not prohibitive. If the cost is much greater then it will probably not be worth the increased performance; however, using Z97 will also allow you to drop in a Broadwell chip in the future if you choose to do so.

Good luck with your build!!
