If your system is beeping when you turn it on, its not the screen that having a problem, but rather its your pc. The beeping is telling you something and you may need to refer to your owners manual to see what it means. Often it beeps in a pattern which is the error code you should look up.
But remove the side cover first and make sure the cpu fan starts spinning when you power it up.
