Hello I'm having fps issues since I recently formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7. I also put a new 600w Thermaltake psu in there with a fresh supply of 4gb of Corsair Ram. I've updated my graphics card drivers, put power saving on high performance, cleaned the dust out and theres no background programs running.
Im going to assume I missed an important driver or something but I'm not sure cause this is my first time reformatting my hard drive and windows 7 reinstall. I also understand my computer isnt a super computer but I just want a fix for the fps issues that have been happening.
Processor - AMD Athlon II x4 640 Processor ~ 3Ghz
Memory - 4Gb Ram
Graphics - AMD Radeon HD 5670
Psu - 600w
I use to get the following fps on these games now I'm at like 20-40.
League of Legends - 150fps
Cs Go - 100fps
Dota 2 - 100fps
