yes that is enough for your system. isnt that great but you can oc your cpu and gpu with it!

the psu is either a hec or cwt. it isnt at seasonic league but it will suffice. currently mine does work flawlessly! i would say it is a tier 3 at least. since it has it it doesnt need to be changed. for a r9 290(x) - gtx 780(ti) then i would change it!
  5. thermaltake have a high level of failure. i cant recommand such garbage sorry

well i would recommend something else too, if he didnt have that already. it isnt a tr2 if you think that.
  7. bah i guess it will do but i personally wouldnt use it, hec is junk. i really doubt its cwt make

The entire TT Smart SE series is ChannelWell built - I could find no legitimate reviews for that series though
  9. oh was shur it was hec not cwt. still id stay away from thermalshake
  10. there are both hec and cwt units

    hec http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Thermaltake-Smart-630-W-Power-Supply-Review/1481/1

    cwt http://translate.google.com/translate?client=tmpg&hl=en&langpair=sr|en&u=http%3A//www.pcaxe.com/hardver/napajanja/thermaltake-smart-m650w

they have japanese main capacitor but not, on the secondary, at least both have been able to output more than their rated wattage before protections kicked in, so i guess that makes them safe to use.

You're thinking of the Smart series, not the Smart SE series - again, all TT Smart SE's are CWT built - reference http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page680.htm
  13. regardless still lowquality stuff
