do I need to get windows 8 oem and then upgrade to 8.1 or can I buy the 8.1oem disk and install that on a blank hdd. I just want to make shure before I buy 8.1 oem on a disk that it will work because with all the weaird stuff Microsoft has been doing I just want to make shure. thanks.
