I really don't know if I'm using the latest drivers for my video card, which is an AMD Radeon HD5770 coupled with an Intel i5 2500K, a Samsung 120GB SSD drive and 8 gigs of RAM.
I'm on Windows 8.1 64 bit.
As always, after formatting my computer, I went through the usual process of installing the video drivers: using the AMD website, I downloaded and installed the proper drivers for my GPU.
The video card section of the Windows device Manager seems to confirm that I'm indeed running the latest software from AMD.
Despite that, Windows Updates keeps telling me that I should install newer drivers for my GPU.
Furthermore, AMD auto-detect utility does not recognize that my system is using the latest drivers available
Who should I trust?
What am I doing wrong?
