Internet Explorer was running really slow for the past three months, I didnt think anything of it, I just used Torch. Then my whole computer started becoming slow and "laggy" so I started to uninstall the things that were recently installed (I got my laptop on Christmas 2013) and suddenly it didn't connect to the internet at all, I tried to just hook it back up but it wont find the wireless network, I went to the start screen and it looked like something was missing but I don't know what. I might have accidentally uninstalled something important. I could reset my computer to its factory settings but my dad said that he cant get his friend to download Microsoft on it again. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Solution
Do these things first:
1. Download Ccleaner (free) and run the cleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download). When it is finished, run the registry repair tool in Ccleaner. Here’s a turoial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh_xbeYxF04.

2. Download the free version of Malwarebytes. Run it. Then reboot.

If this brings your computer back to speed, then great. If not, then do a system restore (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRH5zpCUkmg). Be sure to choose a restore point date to before the time your computer started to slow down. But CAUTION! You will lose applications and drivers that you installed after that date. (Your non-executable files will be fine.)

To fix, either a previous restore point, or bring it back to factory spec.

By "download Microsoft on it again", I assume you mean Microsoft Office?
If so....either buy your own copy, or use one of the free alternatives, LibreOffice or OpenOffice.

look at the laptop driver web page. download the newest chipset drivers and wifi drivers from the web page. install them and see if that fixes your issue. with slow running pc. run ccleaner and a malware bytes and a good anti virus sweep. also if your laptop has 4g of ram. use msconfig and under the start up tab turn stuff off that not needed to load at windows starting.
