Unless you're severely overclocking your memory as well as your CPU and GPU, do not put in heatsinks unless absolutely necessary. In some tests on other forums/threads, there were increase in temperature due to extra material on the chips itself. Good luck!

I don't mind losing warranty but the fact is no 2666mhz ram has low profile heatsinks to begin with

it supports up to 3200mhz
