What power setting should i choose for dekstop?

Should i choose balanced, low performance or high performance?
My specs are
MSI Gtx 780
Intel core i7 4770k
16GB ddr3 ram
msi z87g45 gaming
samsung evo 840 ssd :).

If you are mainly browsing the web, checking e-mails, editing documents then go with Balanced. If you are tight on money and want to save on electricity to the nearest Watt then go low performance. If you are a hardcore gamer and don't like switching settings constantly, stick to high performance! Good luck!
