I rewrited this.
It's weird problem. Story begins.
I turn on the laptop. It doesn't detect any sata devices. I put ubuntu to USB stick, and see if that works. It boots. I reboot, and it detects hdd and dvd writer. When i go to Windows, the touchpad isn't working. I use it with my mouse. I shut it down. After a couple days, when i try to boot the computer by first going to ubuntu and then reboot. But it still doesn't detect sata. I leave it on for a while, and reboot it, i go to setup, and dvd writer is detected, but no hdd. Well, i go to ubuntu again and leave it on for a while. When i reboot, no hdd detected, but when i go to setup again, hdd is detected. I reboot it to windows. It seems to be breaking. What should i do?
And what is hdat2? How to use it?

Is it possible that the HDD is configured to Power Up In Standby (PUIS)? If so, then it may be that Ubuntu is waking up the drive, in which case you could use HDAT2 to disable PUIS. You would need to start HDAT2 with the /w switch, ie ...

hdat2 /w
