i saw this deal with newegg its a i5 4690k qith an Msi z97 gaming 5 mobo for 350 it looks like a good deal

Solution

It's not bad. The save is $25, so it's not an awesome deal but it's good. If you live near a MicroCenter, you'll get better deals than that.
