Lately, ASUS seems to put a lot of "bloat" into their products. First I've noticed their OEM laptop and desktop bundles of software that I didn't care to use or have, which can be confusing due to the similarities in Windows' features. Then they have identical features in the bios! Now the actual physical motherboard have a "switch" for the same functionality.
Specifically, it's unclear to me what exactly the GPU Boost switch on ASUS motherboards does...
Here's a link to their site with the motherboard layouts and brief description.

I mean it sounds simple that it's a GPU Boost, but it doesn't specify if it will work with any APU. The documentation above however mentions about black edition APU's for dual-graphics configuration, but since black edition APU's means unlocked CPU multiplier, it shouldn't have affect the GPU Boost.
Can anyone shed some light regarding this?
