many overclocking tools are universal and works for any semi-modern to modern gpu.
You should try MSI Afterburner, and yes it does work with other brands then MSI like your Zotac card.
Also ASUS GPUTweak is an option.
For overclocking, increase the clock speed by a tiny bit, then see if your game crashes when playing, then repeat untill the game crashes, either revert to last working clock or bump up the voltage and continue. Pretty sure that's how it goes but im not an expert on this.
