Here is a cheap gaming PC i found for only £439, I can't build by myself as my parents (even though I'm 16) don't trust me . Anyway this should run games like Rome 2 at medium or high. I do plan on upgrading the graphics card later and ram.

Entry level computer, you will be able to play modern day games such as watch dogs, battlefield 4 etc. on average 40-50fps low settings,I'd recommend getting gpu first, ram is easy to get later, and not that essential in gaming.
Its old, very old, Might as well get a FX-8350 rig.
Haswell 1150 boards came out one year ago and are the newest available slot for Intel. Are you trying to troll or do you not know anything about Intel? Stop telling him it's old when it's the newest socket.
