If you take a look at MSI afterburner for GPU's temperature
You'll see, there are diagrams that monitors your temperature and others
On that windows it tells you what was minimum temperature & maximum temperature
+
It tells you at what time was temperature on what number

This is a great way of monitoring your temperature.
Now I have problem with my CPU's temperature
and want to find a software with same diagram displays as MSI afterburner but for CPU
I have looked all over the internet failed to find it.

Best solution

a b C Monitor
a c 133 à CPUs
a b $ Windows 7

Open Hardware Monitor can graph the temperatures in the same way as AB.

HWInfo32/64 can as well, but Open Hardware Monitor should be a bit faster.

http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

Open hardware monitor looks very much like cpuid's own hardware monitor, but with some extra features. Open Hardware Monitor can not see my UPS while the normal CPUid one can.

With some tweaks, you can have hwinfo display sensor readings on screen with afterburners on screen display as well :)

I use it to keep an eye on cpu stats while Afterbruner gives me gpu stats.
