You can log in under another user account you had created, restore from a backup, do a factory restore, or try contacting the manufacturer and see if they have a hidden admin account that they can log in as. (not common anymore)

This registry trick also requires you to log on using another available admin account.
If you couldn't login, you might have to reinstall Windows.
