Help! Razer Kraken Pro

I just got my razer kraken pro. and i plugged it in and was about to go on skype with my friens, but my pc dont detect the headsett. when i watch youtube vidios i can hear the audio. but i can change the settings on skype so i can use the mic on the headsett i also installed the razer synapse but i cant find it there either. im thankfull of any help:)

The PC must have detected the headset if you can hear Youtube videos.
Can you tell me what your problems are? Only skype?
I guess the first thing to do is just open Skype, Tools in the bar at the top, options (or Control and Comma) and then audio settings. Choose the right Kraken Pro mic and sound in Speakers.
Then try.

Right click on sound on your taskbar, and open "Recording Devices".
See if the mic is there and maybe right-click and then "Show disabled devices." If it is there NOW, then right click on it and select "enable". Then choose it on Skype. That's all I know so hopefully that will work...
