High gpu temps

Wow when summer finally came in Bulgaria(just before week it was rainy) my gpu is goind strange its an 770 tf oc edition and it goes up to 68c in games like watch dogs but now its always on 50-52 while idle wtf? If i start an game like the forest the fps is 70-110 in 10 mins the fps goes 37-70 avg 53 so i decided to change my acer predator g3620 case wich is atx case to an nzxt source 630 with 9-10 fans what do you guys think are they any better cases for the prices(have in mind than for my best the case must be high/ultra tower cause the temps here are 30-45c and i may slie the 770 which will heat even more) My budged is 180$ also the nzxt have a nice feature fan panel at its back which allow's me to have more fans with even an atx mobo and good cable management http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/118-phantom-630.html (also why on every threat world of warcraft appears as a tag?

There really isnt any point in installing that many fans, if your room isn't cool, cuz then the fans will just suck warm air and keep the computer warm. I suggest spending money on a portable Air condition or a dehumidifier to keep your room cool.

Okay, do you have your computer on the ground or on top of a table beside the monitor or something. If so, then I suggest putting the computer on the ground cuz thats where most of the cool air is since warm air rises and cool air decends.

Its on a desk,one meter from the ground,btw ppl told me to keep it on the desk cause its bad to be on the floor for some reason.

Well then i should do it if my little cousin didn't run around at kick the case.He scratched the front panel with 15mm scratch line and it looks ugly eventhough if i get the 630 source i won't risk putting it on his way i'm even planing to put it on more than one meter from the ground so he wouldn't be able to reach it.
