Best gaming pc build.

Would love to get a gaming pc possible of running current games on high settings, my budget is 640 pounds. Any idea of the things I need (CPU, GPU, motherborad, case, cpu cooler)? and I'd like a pc that i can upgraded later.

PS monitor of 69 pounds included.
