MSI R9 280 has extremely high GPU loads causing screen 'Flickering'

Hey, I just installed an MSI 280 into my system and when playing games such as BF4 on high settings I get screen flickering similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcPRQDOXk0E

I have tried turning down the power limit, core clock and memory clock but it has had no effect. Any ideas on a fix?

Specs:
Intel I5 3550
G Skill 8Gb 1600Mhz
MSI R9 280
Asus P8H61-MX USB3

yeah, that's a good PSU.. what are your GPU's temps when at load like this?

or your case's temps? do you have good airflow?

It hits about 60, so its not running extremely hot

Mine does it to. Many have been RMA'ng their cards and getting cards back that do the same thing.
It's said that it is driver/ bios related. Maybe wait for an update or take the card back for another if it is extremely distracting for you. I know it seems kind of worrisome. Check out the MSI forums, it's a popular subject there...the 3GB ones do it too, apparently.
