Context: I don't have any experience with building a PC. I'm not too tech savvy, but I know some basics.
I recently had issues with a pre-built PC(Link) and took this PC to a local tech support company. They figured out a couple issues, but the main issue is that the video card hit its demise and they changed me to integrated graphics until we could afford a replacement and have them install a new one for free.
More than a month has passed, and I'm looking for a replacement now. They recommended this card(but said that it wasn't ideal, their other choice was sold out), before it even went on sale. The sale is extremely tempting to go for(price/performance is pretty good), but I'm wanting to possibly get something with better performance before ordering.
