Hello i have the AMD 5800k and it overheats when im playing games. The computer either shuts off as if someone hit the power button with no warning or i get a blue screen. i also have second question im planning on getting the msi radeon 7770 and wondering if i would get that, would the 5800k stop overheating. The reason im thinking this is because it only overheats during gameplay and i would use the cpu side of the 5800k if i get the radeon 7770.

Computer Specs:
AMD A10 5800K APU
MSI-FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard
430W Corsair CX430 Power Supply
500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue Hard Drive
NZXT Source 210 Case
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3

Are you using the stock cooler? if so, no surprise since the chip runs hot and that cooler serves little to cooling it.

Maybe but only a little. Getting an aftermarket cooler would be A LOT cheaper if you only want to make use of graphics without overheating the chip.
I have a 5800k in my old PC, but I knew with anticipation from reviews that it run hot, so I got a Cooler Master GeminII (not the best cooler, not the worst) and the highest temp I ever had was 60° C, even with a slight OC.
There is plenty of good coolers for less than 30 bucks, even for less than 20 since the stock cooler only helps so that the chip won't burn.
