As I said 6 kids and budget.

Looking to not exceed $600.00 USD and want something that I'll be able to play all the new games on for the next 3-5 years.

Great choice. You could go for the Cooler Master 212+ which offers similar performance for $10 less after rebate.

AMD parts spend much more electricity than their Intel counterparts.
My recommendation is $656 - $30 in rebates + $20 for shipping, but will run the games. You need to overclock the processor from 3.2 ghz to 4.8Ghz, and the rig will be running all the games your heart desires. Overclocking is a fast and easy process using the mother board's interface.
