do i really need a ssd drive?

Solution
SSD doesn't help in increasing rendering times. SSD were meant for increasing times like OS booting time, file access time (loading times) and data transfer time whereas 3D animation or film (video) editing totally depends on your CPU's power (clock speed), system RAM (the more the better and depends on how big the video files you're editing), then your powerful graphics card.. So, SSD is NOT MUST for your work.. On the other side, if you like to get access to your software faster and get to your work, get a decent 128 GB SSD and get your OS and software installed in it.. I hope I helped..
