I need help with an internet situation that is sort of complicated. I have Comcast internet at my house that I get about 30 to 50 mbps with a Comcast business class. About 500 ft. away I have my garage/gaming room. I have tried to get Comcast to get cable to my garage but they want me to pay for the cable and a booster. Because I’m limited on options I used to have Verizon dsl. It was good internet but it would cut out several times a day because I was miles from the source. The line is still there and intact but I’m not sure if I could convert my Ethernet to run over phone line. My other option was using microwave antenna but I do not have a clear line of sight. I was thinking of also using direct burial fiber optic but it is a little out of my price range. My range was about $500. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
