You got? You got a new motherboard and now this problem occurs with same components before the switch? You build a pc and are using a z87? I don't understand what or anything?
We need to know the whole story, and all the componenets. A non post could be a huge variation of things. What version of a motherboard only narrows down the possibilities to like a million instead of 5 million.

CPU i7 4770k
Gpu- gtx 760 4gb
Heatsink- standard intel Fan
Psu- xtreme gear 800 watt
Os- windows 8.1
Motherboard- msi z87m gaming
I got it today and I hooked everything up made sure it wasn't grounding out on the case. I had everything hooked up and hit the power button nothing happened. The only green button was the power button on the motherboard. I hit that and nothing happened. So it did NOT post and did nothing else. My power supply did pass the paper clip test but I know that always Doesent mean it works.
