There are 2 programs so far that I have that when I open them up the internet will then shut down through the whole house. I then have to restart my computer or turn it off and it is very frustrating. The two programs so far that are doing this is the game 7 days to die downloaded through steam, and a program called Dayz Commander. I had the same problem with 7 days to die on my old computer.
The weird thing is that 7 days to die worked for about 2 weeks on my old computer, then I got on it one day and it wouldn't show the servers. It did this for about 3 or 4 days then suddenly anytime I would load it up, it would show servers, I would click join, it would say connection failed on every one, I would turn off the program and bam! No internet connection until restarted. I really want to get this fixed asap as it is very frustrating and I can't even play 2 games that I spent a total of 50 dollars on. Someone please help me fix this problem.
My internet is connected by plugging it in, not by a wifi cable if that helps. My router is a linksys cisco wrt310n, and the thing you plug in the wall is a slinglink turbo ethernet.
