My system is Intel E2140 1.6Ghz
Intel DG41RQ motherboard with G41 Express chipset graphics.
Macron 400W power supply
I noticed that my computer suddenly crashes and does not restart.I have to wait for 5 to 6 minutes and have to start again.I checked the temperature of CPu cores that are 62C.and maximum it shows 82C
There is no Thermal paste between the fan and the processor.
Please help

Solution
OK you need to have thermal paste between the CPU cooler and the CPU not the fan. IF you do not have thermal paste between these don't use the system and go get some and apply it. Your PC is crashing due to heat. it is shutting down to protect itself.

when you say CPU fan are you referring to just the Fan or the or the hole CPU cooler including the fan?
