Problems after installing new CPU

After installing a new CPU my video card fan starts and stops. I'm not getting any output from the card. I don't think I screwed anything up in the installation besides the CPU fan with thermal paste pulling out the new CPU from the socket.

Help and Advice is appreciated!

When does the fan start ? when you play a game or?. i would say download programs like msi afterburner and change fan speed to 100% see if it stays on :)

Yeah well, it might be the CPU go damaged if it was pulled of, it might damage the pins
