Suitable Motherboard for AMD FX 8350?

I want to buy a new pc with AMD FX 8350 processor but I am not sure about a good and suitable motherboard for this configuration. Please suggest me best suitable motherboard in India.
and is PowerColor AMD/ATI Radeon HD6950 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is good for this processor?

Make sure its not the LE version though. the 990fx are preferred.
