So I just recently no longer then a month ago replaced my motherboard due to my old one burning out and just being generally old. After the replacement I started to notice that the games I used to run at 90+ frames on ultra now could on run at about 30 frames on minimum. I've done and searched every where to get this problem fixed but nothing seems to work. Updated every driver known to man for the board, cpu, gpu, everything. Even tried reseating everything and reinstalled my OS. Can anyone help?

Solution
OK - sorry - I missed it.

The RD600 is the old Stallion series that were not certified. I'd recommend replacing it with eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M. What 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings do you get with your UEFI/Bios?

The temps are low - Winter where you are?

Put your pc details into http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1164&ga... and see if you are using the same recommended settings and getting the same expected fps.

Do the same for the other games too.

Literally every game I've tried, and I never overclock my builds. Left 4 Dead 2, World of Warcraft, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 2, etc. etc. all super low fps compared to what I normally get which is never under 60 minimum.
System Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: Crucial 1866Mhz 4GBx2 DDR3/ Crucial 1866Mhz 2GBx2 DDR3
PSU: Rosewill 600W PSU
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200RPM Hybrid SSD/HDD
GPU: GeForce GTX 650 (1GB)

I've had a lot of people say it's a CPU voltage problem that is common with both 6300 and the motherboard I have. But I have no idea what to set the voltage to, I never mess with it.

I plan to get it replaced as soon as I get the cash, I'm getting just two 8GB sticks of G. Sniper 1866mhz DDR3 Ram, hate using mixed ram but it's all I had. RD600 is the power supply. GPU is 27c CPU is 22c on idle. About 32-34c on GPU while gaming and about 25-28 while gaming on the CPU. Also, how do I do the benchmark for the games without paying for it? Says it's premium only.

What model rosewill power supply?

What temps are you getting - on idle and gaming, cpu and gpu?

A lot of the games say I should get almost triple the frames I currently get while playing. Right now I just tested with L4D2 on Ultra how many frames I get and I get 60 solid but it cuts between 60 to 20 to 40 and then back up to 60 for a few seconds, it's not steady and that's with every game. I tried playing MW2 earlier as well and barely got 60 before dropping to 40 and it started lagging and I had to lower everything to minimum and I STILL got bad fps. I've never had problems with my current GPU and I've had it for about a year and a half now. I'm thinking maybe it's bad BIOS or wrong voltage or something similar?

Using all the recommended settings still not getting the correct frames that I should be. Was talking to another friend of mine who also builds computers he said it could be that the power supply is outdated. I mean it is 3 years old ffs.

I like it better when they are all within 0.2V of where they're supposed to be. I think the 12V reading is too high. So yeah - I recommend replacing the power supply. But I'm not sure if that will fix your low fps.

Sensors also gives cpu voltage - Vcore - and gpu voltage. What are they?

And do the temps it gives for cpu (package) and gpu match those you posted before?

I actually had all of those written down and erased them after I found the others../sigh. And yes, they do. It needs to be replaced anyways so HOPEFULLY it'll fix it, if not at least I have a new PSU that is actually up to date and just go from there.
