Need help on getting new video card!

Hi im looking into getting a new graphics card for my pc my choice has come to an pny gtx 770 4gb oc i was wondering if it would work with my system? for example would i have bottlenecks etc specs are as follows
cpu i5 2500k: @3.2ghz quad core
motherboard: asus p8p67 pro
Ram: 12gb g skill ripjaws ram@1600mhz
psu:corsair cx650w
and also would it fit in my case?
Case: cm 690 ii

No your system is fine from start to finish no bottleneck will come from that and your psu can more than handle it.
Your good to go if thats the gpu you want go for it.
Yes it should fit your case you have a decent case with fine amount of room.
