Need help before buying...

I decides to build a gaming pc and i was looking for components when i found out that z97 chipsets cpu and mobos were coming so i decided to buy this components before buying...

Asus Maximus VII Hero
Asus Gtx 760 Striker Platinum (found one for only 250$)
Corsair Vengance 1600mhz 8gb
I5 4690k 4.0ghz overclock
CM Seidon 120M
XFX Pro 650w
Sentey Wolf 6600 High Tower Case
Aoc 23 inch 1920x1080p 60hz

1.I was wondering if everything was going to fit inside the case.. main consern is the gpu because of it size

2.Can i overclock this gpu further?

3.Where do i connect my case 6 fans? Mobo or can i just connect them to my psu which is not modular?

Length of GPU is 287mm whereas the Case can accommodate GPU upto 340mm so GPU would fit in this case without any problem.

Yes, you can overclock this GPU further.

Try to connect the fans on the mobo. In case fan headers are few then molex the fans and then connect them on fan header. By connecting fan on mobo you will be able to control the speed. If you connect the fans with PSU then you will not be able to control the fans. Else yo can buy Fan Controller and connect all fans with it.
