I'm reusing a lot of stuff so that's why stuff is free or no included in the build. If you can improve the first one and keep it under $225, please do so. My PSU only has 250 Watts though. I was thinking the first would be better for upgrading. Eventually when I get more money I could get a new PSU and video card. Maybe I'd throw an SSD in there just to meet my budget? Or would a new PSU be better?
