almost every game i have tried to play(SKYRIM,LOL,vindictus) i get 20-30 fps on any setting it might change 2-3 fps low to ultra. correct drivers installed and everything looks right and i get no overheating problems
my power supply is only 450 watt but ive pushed my pc to the limit and it hasnt died so i dont think thats the problem.

AMD FX4130 quad core 3.8ghz
RADEON 7770 1gb GDDR5
8 gb ram
440W psu
asrock mobo
and i play at 1440x900
thx and plz help me. i read the reccomended requirements for games and mine are sufficient.
EDIT: not expecting to play all games on ultra either xD
and also this motherboard from asrock came with the 4130 fx and a shitty intergrated graphics, im pretty sure im not using the intergrated one tho.im kinda thinking i have a slow hard disk but idk.
