I'm trying to build my 1st PC and I'm wondering what graphics card I should get. I want to play on medium - high settings.

CPU- AMD FX-8350
Motherboard- ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0

Also, should I change my motherboard to the Sabertooth

For those settings you do not need an fx 8350. you would be fine with a 6300 or an i3. As for graphics card the 750 ti is up your alley. or if you can find one on sale an hd 7850. also no need for a sabertooth unless you want to do some serious overclocking.

I found an HD 7850 for $185 should I get it or stick with the 750Ti

If I go with the Intel one, do you know which cpu is better the i5-4670K or i5-4690/K

the 4690 is better there is almost no need for overclocking these so save the money but the 4670 is far and away good enough for games

it is absolutely a good board but your not overclocking its worthless the features on it are not really gonna help do you have any experience overclocking

Not really, I was planning on learning how to overclock the specific board I had once I had all the parts I wanted planned out.

hmmm heres my advice overclocking can be a pain and an real task that can take a while and leads to not being stable and other problems like bsod . But can lead to better performance but the truth is on the intel side strictly for gaming there is no reason to the cpu will kick the crap out of any game. Amd side demands overclocking. But overclocking can be fun.

Do you think you could take a look at this build and tell me if I should change anything or if it's good enough for gaming?

Thank you so much for taking your time and helping me with this. I really appreciate it. I think I'm going with the build I showed you along with the power supply you showed me.

do yourself a favor it takes time to learn how a system acts so use it for at least a few weeks before you try to overclock it so you can find out what is normal. also get a good cpu cooler
this will help you get to at least 4.5

If I get a case that already has fans pre-installed do I still have to get a cpu cooler or is it enough?

if you dont ocverclock the stock fan that comes with the 8350 will be fine but if you plan to oc it will destroy the chip without a good cpu cooler
