I got the corsair h105 because it looks much cleaner to have than a big block CPU cooler and it doesn't seem to be a terrible cooler to boot. I went with the gtx 780 because the 770 2gb didn't seem like it'd be enough and apparently you can't really use all the vram of the 4 gb version. I only picked such a big psu for my build because I wanted custom sleeves that I found. the link to it is right here.
http://www.moddiy.com/products/Corsair-AX1200-Custom-Le...
I don't know if its saying that I can only have those certain PSUs or it's just saying I can use any Corsair PSU. Another problem is that I don't exactly know what cables I would need for my build and the length if I wanted to get a quote. So any insight or tips in this would be helpful. I am open to other PSUs if I can just basically get a custom red/black sleeve cables for it.

Well I can suggest a couple of more things to "sharpen" your case looks up if you are willing to spend a bit more (I am doing a red/black theme as well) as for the parts they look great.Oh I'm open to anything. I don't really mind spending a bit more if need be honestly. Thanks!
I got something that I was thinking for my theme...hold on (you'll love this)

If you want a red and black theme, try an Asus graphics card, An Antec Power supply and a red/black H440I'll take a look at the asus cards. as for the psu there's a certain reason as to why I chose that one. also I know there is a red/black nzxt 440 but I think the white one would give it a different vibe as to just having everything black/red. thanks.

Your case dimensions for the lighting is 1970.532 and thats the whole square of the inside of the case, and this 2 meter one has 2,000mm in length so you will be fine. What I have done here is added a Corsair Sleeved Kit for your PSU (gotta make those cables look nice (white or black your choice they have both, let me know and I will get you the right one, its kinda tricky cause they have all different kinds)), and I've added a led strip to your list, simply cause when you put it in it will make everything that's red in your case "pop out" at you...its really neat...and I added the ASUS video card (black and red theme)....it will look awesome when you are done believe me.

They have certain ones based on certain PSU's...its kinda tricky to work the site to find them all. Also EVGA does have modular cable sets but their power supply doesn't look as nice for a black/red build, as it is grey.

this is something I will consider except for windows 8. haha i cant stand the setup. but im curious as to why a 2133mhz ram since I've read its not much of a difference with a 1600mhz when it comes to gaming. and I've read some good reviews on the 290 so I'll probably look more into that. thanks

It's faster memory access for overclocking....everyone assumes that since you have the k processor and a water cooler that you will overclock, I have both...never needed to overclock...just like the looks and temps of it. And unless you overclock it you will never see a difference in speed from the RAM, other then the motherboard may try to auto-overclock it like mine did cause I had such extreme parts in my case.

i'll have to think about those sleeved cables but i think a white one would look pretty neat. i was considering a led strip but I wasn't to sure if it'd be too bright and just make it seem too much. but I'm really liking what you put in there.

Just on the performance side.
this is something I will consider except for windows 8. haha i cant stand the setup. but im curious as to why a 2133mhz ram since I've read its not much of a difference with a 1600mhz when it comes to gaming. and I've read some good reviews on the 290 so I'll probably look more into that. thanks
It's faster memory access for overclocking....everyone assumes that since you have the k processor and a water cooler that you will overclock, I have both...never needed to overclock...just like the looks and temps of it. And unless you overclock it you will never see a difference in speed from the RAM, other then the motherboard may try to auto-overclock it like mine did cause I had such extreme parts in my case.
ah makes sense. i do plan on giving a try at overclocking see how it works out but i think like you i really wouldn't have much of a reason to. haha

Your case dimensions for the lighting is 1970.532 and thats the whole square of the inside of the case, and this 2 meter one has 2,000mm in length so you will be fine. What I have done here is added a Corsair Sleeved Kit for your PSU (gotta make those cables look nice (white or black your choice they have both, let me know and I will get you the right one, its kinda tricky cause they have all different kinds)), and I've added a led strip to your list, simply cause when you put it in it will make everything that's red in your case "pop out" at you...its really neat...and I added the ASUS video card (black and red theme)....it will look awesome when you are done believe me.
i'll have to think about those sleeved cables but i think a white one would look pretty neat. i was considering a led strip but I wasn't to sure if it'd be too bright and just make it seem too much. but I'm really liking what you put in there.
They come in black, white, red, blue, and one other color...for the sleeving. I thought the black/white would look good cause with the popping effect of the led lights you want your motherboard to be the center piece of your case, not your wires...that might be a bit much...the leds in a full tower aren't as bright as you think they are...my last case was a switch 810 by NZXT and I had the NZXT Hue (RBG Color Changer) in it and it wasn't overly bright when on white....(wow that rhymed)...hold on....I actually found a picture of what the leds look like in that case.

The RAM was cheap and low CL and the 290 ~ 780 for less money
right about that. i orginally intended on g.skill trident x 2400mhz 8 gb ram since it was pretty cheap comparing to other ram. but wasn't too sure if it would fit since it looks like it got some big heatspreaders and that having 2400mhz really wouldnt do too much for me. it certainly is less money.

You shouldn't however NZXT has a new fan thats black/white...that's got good airflow and is quite quiet for the price range it is in...I will link you too it...
140 MM fan
120 MM Fan
If you want less expensive ones then the Corsair ones that is....the cougar ones should work great for the water cooling unit tho...i tend to go overboard and get really powerful fans but it just = noise....
Also one more though...since it is a NZXT case....I would go with a Kraken instead of a Corsair...reason being that the Kraken has a NZXT logo right over your CPU, so it flows better with the case rather then being a Corsair logo in a NZXT case...but its totally your call....they actually just released a new Kraken x61, which uses 4 140mm fans in push/pull...which is very quiet for the amount of air it pushes. If I remember correctly the NZXT H440 comes with a fan hub standard from NZXT...which could power your 4xfans on your push/pull very nicely off of one fan hub on the motherboard...then the rest just use them in your motherboard...thats how I would do it...but I normally do fan controllers so I can manually control everything...but with no optical thats hard...otherwise I would be getting the same case.
And yes (forgot about that question), the sleeving kits are available for your PSU on the Corsair site...but make sure its the right one that matches your AX760 in the specifications page...otherwise I wont fit into your PSU.

correct me if im wrong but i believe those fans are actually the stock ones that come with the case except maybe the 140mm? and you got me thinking maybe ill go for a black/white theme with red sleeved cables plus the mobo would make for a nice touch imo. i will look into the kraken. and the only real particular reason i went with the corsair fans were that they had color interchangeable rings and i was going to use the red one. but you've given me a new perspective to look at with these black/white fans.

They are really nice...(the Corsair One)...and I actually thought about replacing all of mine in my Corsair build coming up (2 pc build, one NZXT and one Corsair...I'm stoooked)...but I really couldn't get over the 20 dollars per fan price tag on the 140 mm fans.....but yes you are correct they are the stock fans...if you wanted a little more hype to them tho...I suggest these....
120 mm
140 mm
Ohhh...defiantly check out the noise level on them...its quiet amazing for the air they push.
Kraken x61
and if you really want to get crazy with this case...you can pull out the back exhaust (or the front intake fan) fan install a Kraken x41 (assuming the tubing is long enough), and install one of these on your graphic cards (NZXT G10) and really make NZXT known in your case....
What a G10 Looks like in case
